Every order is printed as a run, we unfortunately cannot reprint single pcs after the order at the same price as the original order. Refill orders will be priced by their respective qty.
We make every effort to spell and art check your designs but you are responsible for errors in your artwork that match your approved mockup.
Unless otherwise requested, defective garments on your order as well as print defectives are kept to be used internally and upcycled for test print material, then cut into rags and then destroyed. We have a strict shop policy that ensures no defective items bearing your brand will leave the shop in anything but unrecognizable pieces within a trash bag, destined for disposal.
You must provide us with any special material handling requests in writing prior to your order.
We are not responsible for dye lot inconsistencies that may generate inconsistent color results when using discharge inks.
We are not responsible for items dyed using dyestuffs or methods that are not compatible with embellishment methods. We utilize industry best practices with low cure, bleed/migration resistant inks and materials of the highest quality available when printing 100% polyester and synthetic items. However this is not a guarantee that your fabric will not bleed/migrate.
Garments sent to us for printing must be capable of withstanding a minimum 290˚F for 1.5 minutes. Keep in mind this includes tags, zippers, buttons and other adornments. We may be able to imprint more delicate fabrics using transfers.
As part of our portfolio we may decide to share the print work from your orders on social media, our website or other publications. If you prefer we do not, you must opt out in writing (email preferred) before we process your order.
